UN Volunteers
Exploring the power of partnerships
The UNV Partnerships Forum was an event organized by the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme to highlight the role of collaboration in achieving the organization’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These 17 goals guide UNV’s work in developing countries — promoting gender equality, eradicating hunger, fostering economic growth and building a more sustainable future.
The brand was developed for the 2016 forum, where representatives from governments, UN agencies, NGOs, and the private sector gathered for two days in Bonn, Germany.
Half Twelve was commissioned to create a visual identity that symbolized partnership and conveyed the idea that by working together, agencies can create a synergy that produces results more powerful than anything achieved alone.
