Branding & Graphic Design
-
A brand is the perception you want people to have of your product or service — it’s what sets you apart in a crowded market. When we begin a branding project, we collaborate with you to distill your purpose, personality and positioning into visuals and messaging that resonate with your audience.
-
A brand kit is a collection of assets and guidelines that define how your brand looks and sounds. It typically includes your logo, colour palette, typography standards and imagery rules along with guidance on tone of voice and messaging. Together, these elements ensure your brand is presented consistently across every touchpoint with your audience.
-
No. A logo is one of the many tools in your brand kit. But if you’re simply looking for a logo right now, we’d be happy to create one for you.
-
Yes! We are happy to work with existing brand kits supplied by clients. We also value clients who are open to exploring ways of expanding or evolving the brand if it supports the project goals.
-
Timelines will differ depending on the scope of the project but most branding projects are completed in a window of 5 to 8 weeks.
-
Budgets can vary depending on the scope and deliverables but most branding projects begin in the low to mid four figure range.
-
Of course! If you have a message that requires a good idea and finely crafted design then feel free to get in touch. Our email address is in the footer below.
-
We do have an hourly rate but with most graphic design projects, we’ll estimate the hours required and give you a cost that guarantees completion of the project.
-
The start of a branding or design project is mostly a listening exercise for us. We ask questions to help us understand your business, your goals and your target audience — among other things. We then distill everything we’ve learned into a creative brief for you to review and approve. Once the brief is finalized, we get our pencils out and start being creative!
-
We usually allow for up to three rounds of edits to the initial concepts and another three rounds to refine the chosen direction. Naturally, the size and complexity of a project may require more and we’ll agree on a defined number of rounds with you at the outset.
We can be flexible with those numbers if things are going smoothly, but if the project scope changes significantly or the list of deliverables needs to expand, you can expect a request to adjust the final project cost accordingly.

Once approved, we start designing!
